Recommended Use:
Shake well prior to use. With the attached oral syringe dispense 20 ml of Creaject into mouth. Swallow 80% of solution. Let the remaining 20% of solution stay in contact with the mucosa tissue that lines the entire inside of mouth for three minutes. Swallow workout days use 45 minutes prior to and 20 minutes following intense training.
