To help us keep our records straight, no returns will be accepted without an RMA number which can be easily received via E-mail from our customer service department in Spokane, Washington after completing our RMA request form.

We obviously cannot authorize refunds for used merchandise. However, we will accept returns for the unused and unopened portion of any order.
